Welcome to EdenEscapes Tourism Private Limited (“EdenEscapes”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.

1. Company Information

EdenEscapes Tourism Private Limited is a registered travel and hospitality service provider offering curated holiday retreats, tour packages, and travel assistance across India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with EdenEscapes, the customer (“you”, “your”) acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from EdenEscapes.
• To confirm your booking, an advance payment as mentioned in the payment policy must be made.
• The booking will be deemed valid only after receipt of the advance and a confirmation email or message from our official communication channels.
• EdenEscapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion with due refund as applicable.

4. Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control (fuel price changes, government taxes, or exchange rate variations).
• The price includes services explicitly mentioned in the package. Any additional expenses are to be borne by the traveler.

5. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tour Package Payments & Refunds

• Advance Payment: 50% at the time of booking.
• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid 30 days before tour start.
• Cancellation Refund: 50% of the advance will be refunded if cancelled before the tour start date.
• If travel tickets are booked through us: a 5% handling fee will be deducted before refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of request.

Cab Payments & Refunds

• Full Payment in Advance: 100% at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Refund: 50% refund of the advance if cancelled before the scheduled date.
• Refund Processing: within 7 working days of request.

6. Additional Travel Assistance

We provide optional travel booking services on request:

• 🚆 Train Ticket Booking
• 🚌 Bus Ticket Booking
• 🛫 Flight Ticket Booking

Tickets booked on your behalf will be charged at actual fare plus a nominal service fee.
EdenEscapes is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, railways, or bus operators.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and contact details during booking.
• Carry valid identification and travel documents during tours.
• Follow safety instructions and respect local laws and customs.
• EdenEscapes reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour due to misconduct or unsafe behavior, without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• EdenEscapes acts as a facilitator between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).
• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or events beyond our control.
• While every effort is made to deliver what is promised, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in itinerary, for which EdenEscapes shall not be held liable.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal data collected is used solely for booking, coordination, and communication purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Koraput , Odisha, India].
